In Weisstannental in Canton St. Gallen, a spectacular natural spectacle unfolds: Multiple powerful waterfalls plunge down vertically towering rock walls. The Batöni waterfalls are created by the flow of the Bats and characterize the wild, nearly untouched valley with their presence. An breathtaking hiking path leads through the gorge and crosses the wild rushing brook multiple times.

The highlight of the hike is the adventurous suspension bridge spanning the gorge – a structural masterpiece with a walkway of wire mesh and free view downward. This unique structure connects both sides of the valley while allowing unobstructed views of the river landscape.
