3. Data We Collect
3.1 Technical Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, our servers automatically record technical data including your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited on the Website, date and time of access, and the amount of data transferred. This data is collected to ensure the technical security and operation of the Website and to produce aggregated, anonymised usage statistics. 3.5 Contact Form
If you use the contact form on the Website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message, solely to process and respond to your enquiry. This data is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to respond to your request. Contact form data is deleted once your enquiry has been resolved, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the data collected via the Website to ensure the technical operation and security of the Website; to analyse Website traffic and user behaviour in aggregated, anonymised form via Google Analytics where you have given consent; to send newsletters to subscribers who have given explicit consent; to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form; to manage and record your cookie preferences; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use Website data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases. 6. Cookie Consent Management

All providers are contractually bound to process your data only according to our instructions.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary. Technical server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google’s default retention period), with aggregated reports retained indefinitely. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe and deleted within 30 days thereafter. Contact form data is retained until your enquiry is resolved, unless legal obligations require longer retention. Cookie consent records are retained for up to 12 months.

Depending on your location, you have the following rights: the right of access to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to erasure; the right to restriction of processing; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. The Website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16. If we become aware that a child has submitted personal data via the Website, we will delete it without undue delay.
