Glacier 3000 is the glacier area above Les Diablerets in the Vaud pre-Alps and offers year-round snow at around 3'000 metres. The gondola from the Col du Pillon to the plateau is the only direct glacier access in the canton of Vaud. On the plateau stands the Peak Walk by Tissot – a suspension bridge connecting two mountain peaks.

Glacier 3000 offers winter glacier skiing, summer dog sledding and the chance to walk on the glacier plateau in summer snow. The view over more than 24 four-thousanders – including the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc – is among the widest in the Vaud region. The Alpine Coaster and the summit restaurant complete the offering.

Glacier 3000 is reachable by PostBus from Gstaad via Saanen to the Col du Pillon; from there the gondola ascends to the plateau. By car, drive via Gstaad or Aigle to the Col du Pillon. Tickets: glacier3000.ch
